Adaptive Pay is an approved digital solution for the PSG or Productivity Solutions Grant. With it, you can enjoy both productivity gains and a government subsidy for your HRMS adoption.

The PSG is an SME Go Digital grant which supports SMEs adopting pre-approved tech solutions to improve their operations. With the PSG, you can get up to 70% of your tech adoption costs funded.

Eligibility Requirements for PSG
Company must be registered and operating in Singapore
Annual sales turnover must be <$100M, or company must have fewer than 200 employees
IT services concerned must be used in Singapore
Company must have at least 30% local shareholding
Additional SFEC also available
SFEC is the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit programme.
It gives businesses a one-off $10,000 credit for up to 90% of covered out-of-pocket expenses. Covered expenses include initiatives for workforce and enterprise transformation.
As the PSG support level has dropped from 70% to 50% from 1st April 2023.
